Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

Thinking Big LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the thinkingbigcoaching.com website. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our Service.

Information Collection

We collect information you provide directly, such as when you create an account, make a purchase, sign up for our email list, or contact us. This may include your name, email address, payment information, and any other information you choose to provide.

When you submit an opt-in form, we may also record limited context about how you arrived at or used our website, such as the page where your visit started, the page where you submitted the form, an available referring website, and campaign parameters included in the link you used (for example, UTM parameters or advertising click identifiers). We minimize this information: we do not store full referral URLs, arbitrary query parameters, URL fragments, or credentials as part of this opt-in context.

Use of Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process transactions, understand which offers and referral sources lead to opt-ins, send you technical notices and support messages, and respond to your comments and questions. Signing up for an email list does not by itself grant consent for advertising tracking or personalized advertising.

Analytics and Advertising

We may use analytics to understand website usage and referral performance. Where advertising or conversion-measurement technologies are introduced, we will provide any applicable notice and honor the consent choices required for those technologies before using opt-in data for advertising measurement or personalization.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
